At Luggage Transfer Service (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely luggage transportation for all our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible when it comes to refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
β 7 days or more before pickup >>>> π― Full Refund
If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.β 3 to 6 days before pickup >>>> πΈ 95% Refund
If the booking is cancelled between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a 95% refund.β 2 days before pickup >>>> πΈ 75% Refund
If the booking is cancelled 2 days before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a 75% refund.β 1 day before pickup >>>> πΈ 50% Refund
If the booking is cancelled 1 day before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a 50% refund.β On the pickup day >>>> β οΈ No Refund
If the booking is cancelled on the scheduled pickup date, unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Note: To ensure maximum refund eligibility, we recommend cancelling at least 7 days in advance.
2. Delays or Service Failures by Us
if we are unable to complete the service due to an error on our part:
You will receive a full refund, and
We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
